About the role

  • Lead the ongoing development, management, and optimization of our consumer health websites and digital customer journeys
  • Collaborate seamlessly with marketing teams to develop outstanding content and customer experiences
  • Oversee maintenance, updates, and the strategic evolution of site pages
  • Play a central role in the weekly measurement of digital KPIs, identifying trends and key insights
  • Work closely with the Advisor, Digital Marketing and Product Marketing Advisors to shape the evolution of the overall digital customer experience

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of comprehensive experience across web solutions, covering user experience, product ownership, analytics, marketing, and project management
  • Exceptionally strong analytical and reporting skills, with mandatory knowledge of GA4 (formerly GA2) and Contentful
  • Expert-level proficiency with Contentful, Figma, GA4, and BigCommerce, complemented by hands-on experience with HTML/CSS and CSS-in-JS
  • Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization principles and best practices
  • Proven track record of translating digital KPIs into clear data and actionable plans for diverse stakeholder audiences
  • Strong knowledge and application of top-tier user experience best practices
  • Experience working effectively with various content management, analytics, and marketing automation tools
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in environments that require a high degree of autonomy and initiative
  • Exceptionally strong analytical and project management capabilities
  • Proven ability to simplify complex problems and craft highly effective communications
  • Bilingualism in French would be considered an asset but is not required
