About the role

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Billing Support Analysts
  • Act as escalation point for complex or sensitive billing issues
  • Partner with Billing, Customer Service Managers, and Operations teams to resolve systemic issues
  • Serve as subject-matter resource for Customer Service Managers, Clients, Collections Specialists, and Billing teams
  • Support Collections by clarifying billing questions that may impact dispute resolution and cash collection
  • Track and report on key metrics including error volumes, root causes, turnaround times, and recurring issues
  • Communicate insights, recommendations, and updates to management and stakeholders
  • Set priorities and monitor team performance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in billing, finance operations, or customer financial support roles
  • Proficiency with ERP, billing, or customer management systems especially Workday and/or Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of billing processes, dispute management, and financial controls
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Customer Service, Operations, and IT teams
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite, and/or Google Office suite
