About the role

  • Contribute to market research, including identifying target clients and their needs, find opportunities for market growth.
  • Build relationships with new clients through daily outreach, cold calling, preparing presentations, frequent visits and business case analysis.
  • Prepare commercial offers and manage contract processes achieve assigned sales development goals.
  • Represent electronics manufacturing services in exhibitions/meetings.
  • Work and report to sales group manager and collaborate with Key account managers to achieve results.
  • Work with internal Customer Relationship Management system and process client information.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in contract manufacturing or industrial manufacturing environments (EMS / PCBA experience is a strong advantage).
  • Previous exposure to international or APAC-related sales activities is considered a significant plus.
  • Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written).
  • An organized and results-oriented approach with a challenge-driven personality.
  • The ambition to generate strong earnings by conquering the market.
  • Strong presentation, business communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, organizational proficiency, and expertise in business project management.
  • Driving license and ability to travel.
  • Willingness to travel within APAC.
