About the role
- Provide high-quality, accurate, and timely support for global People & Culture operations
- Responsible for employee lifecycle transactions processes
- Respond to HR service desk queries
- Maintain data integrity across core people systems
Requirements
- HS Diploma, Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Experience in HR administration, operations, or SHRM certified preferred
- Strong attention to detail required
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to respond to employee queries with a customer service mindset
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Applies sound judgment and critical thinking to resolve routine issues and appropriately escalates complex matters
