About the role
- Provide governance and operational excellence across strategic alliances
- Facilitate governance committees and optimize processes for efficiency
- Foster relationships across cultures for collaboration and issue resolution
- Support integration activities for new alliances and manage contractual obligations
- Oversee systems for tracking alliance activities and produce reports for performance monitoring
Requirements
- Advanced degree (B.S., M.S., Ph.D., or equivalent) in a scientific discipline and/or an MBA or equivalent degree is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of post-educational experience, with at least 5 years of experience managing large, complex projects, initiatives, or partnerships in pharma, biotech, research institutes or related life-sciences environments is required.
- Direct alliance management and/or project and operations management experience within pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology company environments is highly desirable.
- Experience in oncology R&D is highly desirable.
