About the role
- Drive organizational clarity, process discipline, and enterprise‑level standardization across the Px organization.
- Serve as a critical connector between business strategy, product evaluation, and the structured processes required to operationalize new opportunities at scale.
- Shape how the Px organization evaluates, selects, and prepares for new products, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Lead the due diligence process for product submissions, assess commercial viability, and produce structured reports for executive decision-making.
- Architect and maintain global SOPs, governance models, and standardized processes guiding product development pathways.
- Define the Px business budgeting process and partner with Platform Integration for new product onboarding readiness.
- Ensure precision, alignment, and predictable execution within the Px organization to build operational backbone for growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field; master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in process management, program management, or platform integration within a large, fast paced, and matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives that span Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional areas, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects involving platform integrations, process optimization, and enterprise transformation.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to interpret complex business drivers, analyze financial and operational impacts, and recommend actionable strategies.
- Strong understanding of business operations, compliance requirements, and technology ecosystems, with hands-on experience integrating enterprise-level systems (ERP, CRM, financial systems, etc.).
- Proven experience building and institutionalizing SOPs, governance models, and global playbooks.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) and proficiency in relevant software platforms (e.g., Power BI, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Oracle).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams toward common objectives.
- Experience in change management, cultural transformation, and implementing scalable processes across distributed teams.
