About the role
- Define and execute the service strategy for PET scanner solutions, radiopharmacy buildouts, and imaging center service offerings in alignment with corporate growth objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end design, construction, and commissioning of PET scanner installations and radiopharmacy facilities, ensuring compliance with FDA, NRC, and state health regulations.
- Build scalable service delivery frameworks, including vendor management, logistics, quality assurance, and maintenance programs to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution.
- Lead executive-level engagement with hospitals, imaging centers, and private investors to develop customized service models and long-term partnerships.
- Develop P&L ownership for the Service Solutions division; establish revenue targets, pricing structures, and margin optimization strategies.
- Ensure all solutions meet applicable standards for radiopharmaceutical handling, radiation safety, facility design, and medical equipment operation.
- Build and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and service professionals to deliver best-in-class client outcomes.
- Identify emerging technologies, service models, and partnership opportunities to expand the organization’s footprint in molecular imaging and diagnostic infrastructure
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, Healthcare Administration, Radiological Sciences, or related field required.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Healthcare Management preferred.
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in medical imaging, radiopharmacy, or healthcare infrastructure development.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-site projects including PET/CT installations or nuclear medicine buildouts.
- Deep understanding of PET technology, cyclotron operations, and radiopharmaceutical supply chain.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party vendors and contractors.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level client engagement.
- Ability to drive innovation while maintaining operational and regulatory rigor.
