• **Job Summary**
• We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager of Platform Engineering and Cloud Infrastructure to lead the design, stability, and growth of Telestream’s cloud operations and manage a small team of ~5 engineers. In this role, you will ensure our cloud infrastructure is highly available, scalable, and secure to support mission-critical media processing services. You will drive infrastructure uptime and reliability, develop automation tools, and guide next-generation operations across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure. ******This is a strategic leadership position that also requires deep technical expertise; 50% collaboration with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design, etc.) to align infrastructure initiatives with product goals and 50% people management. **

• Design and implement high-throughput, fault-tolerant services in C++
• Drive performance optimization across services and processes to meet demanding reliability targets
• Contribute across the full SDLC — from technical planning and architecture through testing and production support
• Write robust error handling and high-quality, context-rich logging that makes real-time debugging tractable

DevOps Engineer

• Design and maintain continuous integration/deployment pipelines to automate cost testing and deployment
• Track software performance, fixing errors, troubleshooting systems, implement preventative measures to ensure smooth workflows
• Implement and manage infrastructure. Utilize Terraform or CloudFormation for IaC management
• Optimize cloud resources by implementing cost-effective solutions
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth deployment
• Monitor and create new processes based on performance analysis
• Implement security best practices, including automated compliance checks and secure code deployment
