Scrum Master

• Facilitate the end-to-end agile delivery process within a scaled agile framework, including all ceremonies such as grooming, PI/sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, Scrum-of-Scrums, and related reporting for multiple concurrent IT initiatives.
• Partner with Product Owners and Project Managers to ensure work is clearly defined, prioritized, estimated, planned, and tracked through an actively managed backlog.
• Protect teams from unnecessary distractions, competing priorities, and unplanned work while helping maintain focus on agreed sprint and delivery commitments.

• Develop and communicate a clear vision for the product, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and customer needs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring that all user stories are clear, concise, and actionable. Organize the traceability of requirements to implementation, delivery, and testing.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it accurately reflects the priorities of the business and provides the development team with a clear understanding of what needs to be built.
• Break down high-level requirements into actionable user stories, including detailed acceptance criteria and acceptance tests.
• Collaborate with the development team to plan and prioritize releases, balancing the need for new features with the need for stability and maintenance.

• Provide technical leadership in the evaluation, design, validation, and deployment of satellite user terminal (UT) antenna technologies for the Telesat Lightspeed constellation.
• Responsible for the technical assessment of existing and emerging antenna technologies.
• Provide technical recommendations to Product Line Management and Systems Engineering teams to support the development of Telesat's user terminal portfolio.
• Lead technical engagements with antenna manufacturers, technology providers, and development partners.
• Conduct design reviews; support qualification and validation testing.
• Contribute to the definition of future antenna architectures and performance requirements.
• Model antenna performance and assess operational suitability within the Telesat Lightspeed network.

Senior User Terminal Antenna, RF Specialist

• Lead integration projects involving applications across Azure and On-prem.
• Conduct business and technical requirements analysis, data/process mapping, and integration design documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper implementation and support of integration solutions.
• Apply Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIPs) such as routing, transformation, enrichment, and orchestration.
• Ensure integration security (OAuth 2.0, JWT, API key management, etc.) and compliance (SOC2, GDPR).

Integration Specialist

Administrative Assistant

• Manage the LEO departments’ budgets by coordinating timely reporting, monitoring actuals against plan, and providing clear analysis and justification for budget variances
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and year-end estimate updates by consolidating historical actuals and inputs from directors, and critically reviewing submissions to identify savings opportunities, errors, duplications and omissions
• Provide administrative coordination for pre-procurement activities by organizing required documentation and approvals with technical leads, management, IT, Procurement, FP&A and Legal before purchases are initiated
