About the role
- To sell Teleport’s products and services to existing customers while maintaining and supporting the relationship.
- Responsible for uncovering growth opportunities and bringing them to close as well as ensuring on-time renewals.
- Responsible for forecasting Net ARR changes and keeping SFDC up to date.
- Manage day to day communication with their book of accounts.
- Drive adoption and create champions.
- Seek out new opportunities for Teleport.
- Deliver on-time renewals.
- Identify and mitigate risk for contraction/churn.
Requirements
- Experienced: Has 3+ years experience in startups, account management, sales development, sales, renewals, or customer success.
- Extremely organized, detail oriented, and confident at building repeatable processes.
- Comfortable managing a portfolio of ~60 customers and identifying upsells and contraction/churn risks.
- A fast learner: Adapts quickly and can work independently.
- Persistent and personable.
- A strong communicator who can balance engaging with technical personas while driving business outcomes.
- Receptive to feedback and has a desire for continual improvement.
