About the role

  • To sell Teleport’s products and services to existing customers while maintaining and supporting the relationship.
  • Responsible for uncovering growth opportunities and bringing them to close as well as ensuring on-time renewals.
  • Responsible for forecasting Net ARR changes and keeping SFDC up to date.
  • Manage day to day communication with their book of accounts.
  • Drive adoption and create champions.
  • Seek out new opportunities for Teleport.
  • Deliver on-time renewals.
  • Identify and mitigate risk for contraction/churn.

Requirements

  • Experienced: Has 3+ years experience in startups, account management, sales development, sales, renewals, or customer success.
  • Extremely organized, detail oriented, and confident at building repeatable processes.
  • Comfortable managing a portfolio of ~60 customers and identifying upsells and contraction/churn risks.
  • A fast learner: Adapts quickly and can work independently.
  • Persistent and personable.
  • A strong communicator who can balance engaging with technical personas while driving business outcomes.
  • Receptive to feedback and has a desire for continual improvement.
