About the role
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Gain exposure to HR processes such as employee relations and workforce management.
- Help plan and coordinate Operations Townhalls, including preparing materials, handling logistics, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Support post-event follow-ups such as feedback collection and reporting.
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and execute engagement initiatives for the Operations team.
- Gather and analyze feedback from employees to improve engagement and collaboration.
- Work on additional tasks and projects assigned, which may include but are not limited to preparing presentation decks, reports, or HR communication materials.
- Participating in special projects to improve HR processes or employee experience.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
- A proactive learner with enthusiasm for HR and a positive, can-do attitude.
