About the role
- Own the end-to-end TG experience from booking and confirmation through prioritisation, waitlisting, and exceptions
- Design and govern TG workflows and decision logic, including availability, pricing triggers, prioritisation, and displacement
- Ensure commercial rules (pricing, load factor thresholds, customer prioritisation) are consistently enforced in systems
- Act as the primary interface between TG, Product, and Technology, translating business intent into system requirements
- Partner with Pricing and Revenue teams to operationalise dynamic pricing and capacity control logic
- Drive automation and systemisation of TG processes to reduce manual handling and ad-hoc decision-making
- Ensure transparency and consistency across Sales, Ops, Finance, and Core systems
- Identify experience gaps, failure points, and edge cases and work with Product and Tech to resolve them
Requirements
- 4 - 6 years experience in logistics, marketplaces, airlines, or other capacity-constrained businesses
- Strong systems and process thinking
- Strong analytical skills
- Comfortable working across Sales, Ops, Pricing, Product, and Tech
- Able to balance revenue, customer experience, and operational reality
