About the role
- Processing of telephone and written customer inquiries (inbound)
- Comprehensive advice and clarification of customer queries
- Maintenance of customer and transaction data.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Spanish at a minimum of B2 level
- English language proficiency at a minimum of B1 level
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with various customer types
- Good PC skills, including familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer, along with excellent typing proficiency
- Creativity and a collaborative team spirit
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous.
