About the role
- Implementation and modification of Telepaxx services at customer sites - installation, commissioning, updating and maintenance of software and databases on customer systems
- Performing data migrations and server relocations
- Setting up and customizing customer environments in the TMD Cloud
- Competent point of contact for end users and IT staff from our customers' PACS teams on technical questions related to the use of our medical image data management solutions
- Analytical approach: carry out root-cause analyses and work cross-departmentally to resolve issues
- Active participation in the continuous improvement of our change and operational processes
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience with Windows/Linux servers, SQL databases and archiving systems
- Knowledge of clinical IT, especially PACS systems, and communication standards such as DICOM, IHE and HL7
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills
