• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including role scoping, talent mapping, sourcing, screening, competency-based interviewing, offer structuring, and closing for mid-to-senior roles
• Conduct market and talent pool assessments, defining sourcing strategies and building pipelines of passive candidates for current and future business-critical roles.
• Be data-driven: you will track pipelines, conversion rates, and use that data to continuously improve how we hire
