About the role

  • Lead and inspire a guest-focused front desk team from check-in through check-out.
  • Define, develop and implement the customer service strategy, efficiently handle all guest requests, and commit to complete guest satisfaction.
  • Attend to our national and international VIP and returning guests.
  • Share responsibility for achieving our goals, for example in the area of guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the hotel's range of services and all options for meeting guest needs.
  • Drive important decisions and improvements through your commitment.
  • Remain present in your role and open to guest feedback.
  • Champion positive guest experiences, analyze guest feedback and initiate appropriate measures.
  • Focus on ensuring guest satisfaction, upholding high quality standards, supporting hotel tours and promoting employee satisfaction.
  • Responsible for implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes that reflect our brand standards and corporate values.
  • Coordinate, lead and develop your team members on strategic, administrative and operational levels to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • A completed vocational qualification in hospitality or hotel management.
  • Experience in front office operations and strong supervisory and managerial skills.
  • Excellent German and English skills – additional languages are a plus.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • A communicative manner and a confident, professional appearance.
