About the role

  • Establish, build, and maintain professional relationships with KOLs.
  • Communicate the UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer value propositions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate current market conditions.
  • Develop accounts to adopt products.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for both UroLift and Barrigel.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly territory plans identifying key sales objectives and growth opportunities.
  • Deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts.
  • Support accounts to drive strong adoption of both product lines.
  • Monitor market conditions and recommend improvements to commercial strategies.
  • Partner with Professional Education teams to provide effective physician training and support.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales, Marketing, and cross‑functional teams to prioritize strategic accounts.
  • Work with Customer Service to ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Follow company policies, GMP, and all regulatory requirements, including FDA compliance.
  • Obtain and maintain all necessary hospital credentials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of related experience in the medical device industry, with a strong understanding of urology products and procedures.
  • Operating room experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets consistently.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new and disruptive technologies in the urology space is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in negotiation and adept at adapting to changing work priorities.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to refine business plans and sales techniques effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50%-60% of the time, with a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Ability to manage overnight travel as required.
