About the role
- Support transaction processing for Customer Service with focus on customer order entry.
- Ensure all orders received via email and fax are processed accurately and promptly.
- Perform order entry, delivery processing, and price review.
- Conduct general data entry activities.
Requirements
- Fluent English; Italian or Polish an advantage.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a fast-paced customer service department.
- Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and willingness to work outside regular hours if required.
- Good computer skills; Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge an advantage.
- Good judgement, problem-solving ability, and collaboration skills.
