About the role
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating international contracts and offers (German & English)
- Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and legal requirements
- Communicating and negotiating with international suppliers and customers
- Obtaining and evaluating quotations and responsibility for purchasing/procurement
- Developing and optimizing purchasing and contract processes
- Monitoring existing contracts, including deadlines and milestones
- Conducting risk analyses and identifying potential cost savings
- Legal research
- Supporting the defense or enforcement of claims
- Collaborating with international partners, in particular in the Asian region
- Providing support on legal matters related to contract law and terms & conditions (T&Cs)
Requirements
- Completed degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- Experience in international contract management, procurement or logistics
- Excellent German and English skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Structured, solution-oriented working style
- Analytical thinking and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Knowledge of T&Cs law or contract law
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field
