About the role
- Develop and execute world-class B2B Sales and Marketing approaches to identify and solve our customers’ toughest challenges and drive profitable organic growth and new customer acquisition.
- Lead several related strategic and tactical initiatives to deliver aggressive profitable top-line growth in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Drive customer satisfaction and growth by directly leveraging market insight and by developing and implementing capabilities, processes, targets and metrics.
- Identify and analyze market and customer trends and opportunities.
- Define and validate value propositions and go-to-market approaches that provide value to our customers.
- Develop go to market strategy with Top 20 Global branded and generic pharmaceutical companies.
Requirements
- Pharmaceutical strategy, marketing, and market-development experience preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years in direct sales, marketing, and strategic roles required.
- Undergraduate college degree, with an MBA preferred.
- Relevant marketing and marketing communications experience and strong customer development skills required.
- Excellent English and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Spanish, Italian, French, or German language skills is ideal.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
