About the role

  • Drive adoption and revenue growth for Tekmetric Marketing (TMS) within the existing customer base
  • Run 6–8 product demos per day, owning the sales cycle from discovery through close
  • Manage an inbound-led pipeline while proactively engaging customers with strong expansion signals
  • Conduct discovery to understand shop owners’ growth goals, customer acquisition strategies, and retention challenges
  • Clearly communicate product value and demonstrate TMS capabilities including campaigns, reminders, review generation, and online booking
  • Maintain a clean, high-quality pipeline, prioritizing deals likely to close within 1–2 weeks and disqualifying quickly when there is not a strong fit
  • Execute a repeatable, structured sales process designed for speed and efficiency
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams while maintaining accurate pipeline management in Salesforce

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of inside sales or Account Executive experience in B2B SaaS or high-velocity sales environments
  • Experience managing high-volume pipelines and short sales cycles
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover real business challenges
  • Comfortable running multiple demos or sales conversations daily with small business owners
  • Ability to translate product capabilities into clear business outcomes and ROI
  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage a full calendar and maintain CRM hygiene
  • Coachability and ownership mindset, with a willingness to implement feedback quickly.
