Compliance

• Establish, lead and maintain Tekever’s end-to-end trade compliance framework in support of its UK and international supply chain, R&D and manufacturing operations
• Act as the lead authority on trade compliance, advising Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams on regulatory obligations and risk
• Partner closely with the Head of Supply Chain and Head of Commercial to ensure compliant sourcing of components and assemblies
• Oversee all import and export activities related to direct materials, components, and technology
• Ensure compliance with UK Export Control Joint Unit (ECJU) regulations, EU dual-use regulations, US ITAR and EAR requirements, and international sanctions and embargo regimes
• Classify goods, software, and technology
• Determine and manage export licence requirements, including permanent and temporary exports, re-exports and intra-company transfers
• Develop and deliver trade compliance training programmes

• Develop, implement and optimize advanced algorithms, models and capabilities that help teams automate their workloads.
• Work on a variety of projects that involve understanding, processing and generating human language to solve complex problems and create innovative solutions.
• Design, develop and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and models, within the context of language models.
• Realize new AI-based capabilities in areas such as decision support, mission planning, workflow automation.
• Train and optimize large language models using vast amounts of textual data, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
• Perform data preprocessing tasks such as tokenization, stemming, lemmatization and normalization to prepare datasets for training and evaluation.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in LLM and Natural Language Processing (NLP) and apply new techniques to improve existing models and develop new solutions.

Data Scientist – LLM Engineer

Research Engineer

• Design, develop, and evaluate robust multi-sensor fusion algorithms for navigation, perception, and state estimation.
• Work on topics such as: INS/GNSS integration; vision-aided navigation; sensor fault detection; and robustness to degraded sensors.
• Contribute to research activities, from theoretical formulation to experimental validation.
• Implement and test algorithms in simulation and on embedded platforms.
• Collaborate with experts in navigation, perception, control, embedded software, and systems integration.
• Participate in system integration, performance analysis, and field or flight testing.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and reports, and, where relevant, scientific publications.

• Develop and prototype computer vision algorithms for UAV and robotic applications
