About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and prototype computer vision algorithms for UAV and robotic applications
- Contribute to vision-based navigation, perception pipelines and sensor-based control solutions
- Participate in R&D activities covering design, implementation, testing and validation
- Collaborate with navigation, control, embedded software and systems engineering teams
- Contribute to integration and testing on real platforms (simulation, laboratory and field)
- Document algorithms, experiments and results clearly and rigorously
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering degree or Master's in Robotics, Computer Vision, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of computer vision and robotics
- Experience (academic or industrial) in:
- Image processing and visual feature tracking
- Extended Kalman Filter and pose estimation
- Multi-sensor perception and/or vision-based navigation
- Embedded platforms (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson, ARM systems, embedded Linux)
- Programming skills in Python and C/C++
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary R&D environment
- Professional working proficiency in English
