Engineering Manager

• Lead the process engineering and mechanical/design planning of plant systems.
• Contribute to the preparation of process flow diagrams and to the conceptual design and planning of equipment layouts and piping layouts.
• Coordinate EMSR (electrical, instrumentation & control) and structural engineering disciplines in close collaboration with process engineering.
• Define technical scopes of work for customer proposals as well as for tenders to subcontractors and partner companies.
• Execute equipment layout, piping, and 3D model planning and ensure seamless coordination of these sub-areas.
• Take overall responsibility for the timely and quality-compliant execution of projects.
• Actively manage client interfaces and ensure continuous communication throughout the entire project lifecycle.
