Engineer

• Take on project management responsibility for new-build projects with a focus on technical building equipment and building services engineering.
• Independently manage technical building equipment and building services projects on an engineering basis.
• Prepare project schedules, review their structure and consistently monitor compliance with all defined milestones.
• Write status reports on project progress and verify the factual accuracy of existing analyses and reports.
• Develop planning documents required for approvals, technical concepts, shop drawings and preliminary review documents.
• Review planning documents, building permit applications, approval documentation, specifications and tender documents for completeness and technical quality.
• Support site management during the commissioning phase and accompany the technical acceptance of systems.
• Coordinate technical matters with planners, assessors and contractors.
• Review change order proposals and project cost reports from technical and economic perspectives.
• Actively participate in acceptance procedures and factory acceptance tests and document the results.
• Attend work review sessions and project meetings.

Engineer – Building Services / Technical Building Equipment (TGA)

Manager

• Central interface between the Technical Documentation department and the respective project organization.
• Coordination of the Technical Documentation work packages.
• Preparation and continuous updating of schedule, cost and resource planning.
• Alignment of work packages with the department and definition of resource requirements.
• Preparation of status reports and derivation of well-founded assessments and actions.
• Support for Project Management Integrated Product Support (IPS) in contract negotiations.
• Identification of optimization opportunities and documentation of process adjustments.

• Teilnahme an Projektbesprechungen und Erstellung von Besprechungsberichten

• Integration and technical management of command and weapon employment systems within complex projects.
• Development of design concepts for command and weapon employment systems based on specific customer requirements.
• Preparation of request-for-quote and purchase specifications for technical components and providing technical support to procurement.
• Coordination of subcontractor deliverables and ensuring integration of their contributions into the overall project.
• Technical point of contact for internal departments as well as domestic and international customers, and clarification of technical issues during the project.
• Preparation of interface specifications and their implementation into manufacturing and engineering documentation.
• Planning and organization of interface and system tests and support through to successful acceptance by the client.
