About the role

  • You will be responsible for managing On-Site Services for one of our key accounts in the field of nuclear decommissioning in the Karlsruhe region.
  • You will act as the primary point of contact for our on-site staff and coordinate operational support at the location.
  • You will ensure smooth communication between the customer and project teams and guarantee compliance with contractual agreements.
  • You will identify new business opportunities in the Karlsruhe region and actively drive business development.
  • You will analyze the regional market, develop strategies to expand our service offerings, and support the establishment of long-term customer relationships.
  • You will contribute to the future development of the Karlsruhe site, with the potential to assume a site management role.

Requirements

  • You have at least a completed commercial vocational qualification, e.g., as a Management Assistant in Personnel Services or an Industrial Clerk.
  • Further training in business administration or a relevant degree is an advantage.
  • You bring experience in business development and/or On-Site Services management within engineering services.
  • You demonstrate organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and assertiveness.
  • You enjoy building and maintaining customer relationships and have a good sense for business development.
  • You work independently, solution-oriented, and are distinguished by a structured approach to your work.
