About the role

  • Perform general secretarial duties and ensure the smooth execution of administrative activities.
  • Organize and coordinate all office-related processes within the organizational unit.
  • Procure, manage, and control office supplies.
  • Plan and prepare appointments and meetings.
  • Greet visitors and provide support during their stay.
  • Perform filing and registry tasks in compliance with company and statutory retention periods.
  • Document ordering processes and ensure traceability.
  • Process and coordinate travel requests and training bookings.
  • Record, distribute, and archive incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Prepare vacation schedules and monitor compliance.
  • Take minutes at meetings and events.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an Office Management Clerk, Industrial Clerk, or an equivalent commercial qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in secretarial roles, strong organizational skills, and a high level of responsibility.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and spoken German.
