About the role
- Provide high-quality customer service via phone and email
- Handle customer inquiries and issues related to our software solution tegossuite (1st level support)
- Analyze, structure and document incoming requests in the ticketing system
- Work closely with other departments to efficiently develop solutions
- Manage document administration and plan service tickets
- When required: train customers on selected topics to support their use of tegossuite
Requirements
- Strong IT affinity, especially in working with software solutions and IT systems
- Experience in customer service, support or an advisory role is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with customers—both by phone and in writing
- Ability to explain complex issues clearly and in a structured way
- Good self-organization and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Team player with a reliable work ethic
- Very good German language skills (at least C1) in spoken and written form
