About the role

  • Provide high-quality customer service via phone and email
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues related to our software solution tegossuite (1st level support)
  • Analyze, structure and document incoming requests in the ticketing system
  • Work closely with other departments to efficiently develop solutions
  • Manage document administration and plan service tickets
  • When required: train customers on selected topics to support their use of tegossuite

Requirements

  • Strong IT affinity, especially in working with software solutions and IT systems
  • Experience in customer service, support or an advisory role is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with customers—both by phone and in writing
  • Ability to explain complex issues clearly and in a structured way
  • Good self-organization and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Team player with a reliable work ethic
  • Very good German language skills (at least C1) in spoken and written form
