Project Manager

• Responsible management of strategic projects with high complexity and market relevance
• Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams — bringing together diverse expertise to ensure optimal collaboration
• Create and maintain project plans and roadmaps, including prioritization of milestones and work packages
• Stakeholder management at all levels: close alignment with executive management, business units, and external partners
• Monitor project progress and project controlling with KPI-based governance (e.g., OKR methodology) within the project triangle (scope, time, cost)
• Quality assurance in projects and continuous improvement of project workflows
• Coordinate project activities across the entire project lifecycle — from conception to successful handover
• Strategic reporting and confident presentation in steering committees and to management
• Change and conflict management during the rollout of new solutions and in challenging situations
