About the role

  • Supervise the Coordinator, Technical Producer, Segment Producer, Social Media Producer, and Show Editor.
  • Define and refine production workflows, checklists, and file management.
  • Ensure the show is ad-ready (markers, loudness, breaks).

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in podcast, audio, or content production with supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated experience shaping shows for advertising readiness and revenue growth.
  • Experience managing talent, VIPs, or high-profile stakeholders.
  • Impeccable communication—clear, concise, and calibrated to the audience.
  • Comfort with podcast tools (Riverside, Descript, Captivate, YouTube Studio, etc.).
