About the role

  • Maintain existing and develop new long-term customer relationships
  • Conduct regular customer visits to identify needs and optimization opportunities
  • Advise on service contracts, maintenance offerings, repairs and new installations
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Prepare customer-specific quotations
  • Follow up on open inquiries and monitor scheduled appointments
  • Identify market trends and competitor activities
  • Collect customer feedback to improve products and services
  • Maintain customer and visit data in the CRM system
  • Prepare reports on sales activities, customer needs and feedback

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a technical or skilled-trade profession
  • Product experience in servicing CHP (combined heat and power) engines, preferably Scania engines
  • Professional experience in sales desirable
  • CRM knowledge and experience with MS Office
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication
  • Willingness to travel frequently and effective time management
  • Empathy and customer orientation
  • Reliability, flexibility and ability to work independently
