About the role

  • Identify, structure and develop partner ecosystems, franchises and indirect channels that accelerate Tecnofit’s revenue growth.
  • Build profitable, scalable partnerships aligned with the company’s strategy, ensuring value creation for all parties.
  • Map and develop the market of potential partners who can act as Tecnofit sales channels.
  • Lead end-to-end negotiations, from first contact to contract definition and revenue-share models.
  • Ensure partners and franchisees are engaged, trained and prepared to generate sales and meet established targets.
  • Monitor channel KPIs, identifying opportunities for growth, revenue optimization and performance improvement.
  • Work closely with the CEO and internal teams (product, sales and marketing) to adapt Tecnofit’s offering to market and partner needs.

Requirements

  • Experience with distribution channels, partnerships or franchise networks.
  • Experience in technology, fitness, wellness or payment industries is a plus.
  • Proven track record in structuring and scaling channel programs, strategic partnerships or franchise networks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to move between strategic discussions with C-level executives and operational conversations with partners.
  • Ability to design sustainable partnership models that ensure financial return and growth for both parties.
