💰 $90,000 - $110,000 per year

About the role

  • Manage day-to-day IT operations including technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and proper access management
  • Oversee hardware inventory, deployment, and lifecycle management
  • Administer and optimize our SaaS tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Addigy, JumpCloud, Office 365, Airtable, Salesforce, and Jira
  • Build and implement automations and integrations to streamline IT processes and reduce manual work
  • Promote and develop self-service resources to empower staff to resolve common issues independently
  • Support information security efforts by monitoring and responding to security alerts
  • Conduct regular audits of user accounts, permissions, and access controls
  • Leverage generative AI tools to enhance efficiency and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team on cross-functional projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration roles
  • Broad technical knowledge across IT operations, including endpoint management, identity management, SaaS administration, and basic security practices
  • Hands-on experience with multiple platforms from our tech stack (or similar tools)
  • Demonstrated ability to create automations, integrations, or workflows that improve efficiency
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
  • Experience with user access management and basic information security practices
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
