About the role
- Manage day-to-day IT operations including technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and proper access management
- Oversee hardware inventory, deployment, and lifecycle management
- Administer and optimize our SaaS tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Addigy, JumpCloud, Office 365, Airtable, Salesforce, and Jira
- Build and implement automations and integrations to streamline IT processes and reduce manual work
- Promote and develop self-service resources to empower staff to resolve common issues independently
- Support information security efforts by monitoring and responding to security alerts
- Conduct regular audits of user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Leverage generative AI tools to enhance efficiency and problem-solving
- Collaborate with the Engineering team on cross-functional projects and initiatives
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration roles
- Broad technical knowledge across IT operations, including endpoint management, identity management, SaaS administration, and basic security practices
- Hands-on experience with multiple platforms from our tech stack (or similar tools)
- Demonstrated ability to create automations, integrations, or workflows that improve efficiency
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
- Experience with user access management and basic information security practices
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
