About the role
- Represent Product in the Field
- Act as the product expert in customer, prospect, and analyst meetings
- Lead and support strategic sales conversations, workshops, and executive briefings
- Deliver compelling product demos that clearly communicate value and differentiation
- Drive Pre-Sales Excellence
- Partner closely with Sales to support complex deals and key accounts
- Help shape solution narratives tailored to customer needs and industry context
- Translate product capabilities into real-world use cases and outcomes
- Bridge Product and Go-To-Market Teams
- Educate Sales and Marketing teams on product capabilities, positioning, and messaging
- Develop and refine demo environments, storytelling frameworks, and field enablement materials
- Ensure consistent, high-quality product representation across all customer touchpoints
- Bring the Voice of the Market Back to Product
- Capture insights from customers, prospects, and analysts
- Identify gaps, opportunities, and emerging trends
- Influence product roadmap and prioritization with real-world feedback
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Pre-Sales roles
- Strong experience in customer-facing roles, especially in enterprise environments
- Proven track record supporting sales cycles and delivering impactful value
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Strong pre-sales and solutioning capabilities
- Customer-first, outcome-driven thinking
- High ownership and accountability in fast-paced environments.
