Project Manager

• Be accountable for the full life cycle of successful customer projects (Sales to Customer Support/Customer Success)
• Work with and lead Technosylva team members to develop project plans and timelines
• Identify project tasks, and coordinate completion of project deliverables and outcomes
• Coordinate timelines and deliverable milestones with the Technosylva technical teams and customers
• Support Technosylva senior leadership and project leads with maintaining project schedules and communicating status of project milestones, upcoming deliverables, dependencies, and risks and issues with leadership, project leads and clients
• Coordinate and plan projects and tasks using company approved software, such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Notion and Jira
• Identify project, deliverable, and software release conflicts across projects and clients
• Proactively seek opportunities to implement improvements in the project management process and deployment pipeline
• Measure project performance using project management best practices methodology and techniques
