Product Manager

• Take end-to-end ownership of major initiative areas within the Planning roadmap — from customer discovery and requirements through delivery and adoption.
• Drive product strategy and execution across the Planning portfolio, which spans mitigation prioritization and valuation, multi-hazard expansion, and new market development.
• Your specific focus areas will be shaped by your strengths and experience. Examples include: Mitigation valuation capabilities — risk-spend efficiency, benefit-cost analysis, counterfactual modeling — that help utilities quantify the value of grid hardening, vegetation management, and fuels treatment investments.
• Extending the Planning product beyond wildfire into multi-hazard planning (flood, wind, convective storms), applying our risk quantification framework to new perils and expanding our addressable market.
• Product opportunities in adjacent industries, particularly insurance, where asset-level risk data and mitigation effectiveness modeling can unlock new revenue streams.
• Partner with engineering and data science to deliver a modern decision support experience.
• Collaborate with design to drive rapid UX iteration informed by customer prototyping, addressing usability gaps that affect adoption and retention.
• Translate complex risk modeling concepts (fire behavior simulation, weather analytics, consequence modeling) into clear product requirements and customer-facing materials.
• Coordinate with sales, customer success, and product marketing to identify high-value opportunities and ensure product capabilities translate into renewal and expansion conversations.
• Define and track product adoption metrics and success criteria; use data to inform prioritization decisions and demonstrate business impact.

Senior Product Manager

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for fiResponse, Tactical Analyst, and related incident management capabilities.
• Lead the integration of Technosylva's weather and fire behavior analytics into incident management workflows, making complex data actionable for field commanders and dispatch centers.
• Manage and mentor a team of 1-2 Product Managers, fostering their growth while maintaining high standards for product execution.
• Partner with engineering, science, and weather teams to translate cutting-edge fire modeling and weather forecasting into intuitive, real-time tools for responders.
• Work directly with fire agencies and incident management teams to understand operational needs and validate product direction.
• Collaborate closely with our Solutions Consultant to ensure product development is grounded in real customer workflows and success metrics.
• Drive adoption and engagement metrics, ensuring our products become essential tools for incident management operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and interoperability requirements (CAD integration protocols, NIMS/ICS frameworks).

Product Marketing

• Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that clearly communicate the benefits of Technosylva’s solutions to utilities and fire agencies.
• Create compelling sales materials, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and competitive/pricing analysis, to support the sales team in engaging utilities and new client sectors.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted demand-generation campaigns that drive awareness and lead conversion among utilities and large enterprise clients.
• Develop as a thought leader and spokesperson for Technosylva, engaging with customers, partners, and industry influencers through webinars, conferences, and media appearances, with a focus on utility industry events and stakeholders.
• Support the development and execution of GTM plans for new product releases, ensuring successful adoption and revenue growth.
• Work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to align product marketing efforts with business objectives.
