About the role

  • Define and execute the DotCoAI Governance Maturity Model
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive inventory of all AI models
  • Transform complex risk metrics into high-level dashboards
  • Chair the AI Ethics Committee and act as the final arbiter for high-risk model deployments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in GRC, IT Audit, or Enterprise Risk
  • 3+ years leading AI-specific governance initiatives
  • Ability to discuss model drift, hyperparameter tuning, and data lineage with engineering teams
  • Master’s degree in Law, Business (MBA), or Computer Science
  • CGEIT, CRISC, or IAPP’s Certified AI Governance Professional (AIGP).
