About the role

  • Sell ad space in our newly launched B2B newsletters to new and existing clients
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, pitch, close, and grow accounts
  • Build a deep understanding of each newsletter’s audience to position it effectively
  • Identify high-fit advertisers and develop tailored proposals that align with their marketing goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Client Success, Marketing, Editorial) to ensure smooth campaign execution and renewals
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Stay informed on industry trends and use insights to shape your sales strategy
  • Grow accounts into broader, multi-product partnerships across TA's full media and demand gen ecosystem

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in media sales, digital advertising, or newsletter sponsorships
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communicator with a knack for relationship-building
  • Comfortable selling both pre-packaged and custom solutions
  • Passion for newsletters, digital media, and helping clients win
  • Strategic thinker who understands how to sell based on audience alignment and campaign objectives
