• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and leadership to deliver reliable results for customers.
• Take initiative: identify issues, propose solutions, and follow them through to completion.

• Document the issue by creating and accurately completing an Incident Ticket
• Review the applicable Knowledge articles for rapid resolution steps if applicable
• Escalate complex network and security incidents to senior engineers as needed
