Data Engineer

• Collaborate closely with your project team to develop scalable and efficient data pipelines, ensuring high-quality data ingestion, processing, and storage solutions.
• Work with our Product and Delivery Managers to regularly refine the definition of the work in the product backlog, contributing expertise and gaining clarity when needed.
• Provide feedback on designs for completeness, implementation effort, and feasibility.
• Collaborate with the Product team to plan future cycles by contributing to story definition, providing work estimates, and regularly identifying technical dependencies and blockers.
• Understand and advocate for ongoing cycle goals and help motivate our teams to finish those cycles on time and with minimal technical debt.
• Review your team members' code submissions to ensure it meets the needs of the project in terms of quality, correctness, consistency, and performance.
• Participate in regular shares with stakeholders on project progress and delivered features and functionality.
• Support the engineering department by sharing the technical knowledge you learn with your project teams.
• Identify when your team members are stuck on a technical challenge and offer support.
• Produce documentation on methods, decisions, technical approaches, and other context to improve the developer experience on our projects.

Account Executive

• Responsible for driving new business development for Technis Energy Intelligence across German-speaking Switzerland
• Developing and managing a pipeline of new logo opportunities
• Identifying and engaging decision-makers within real estate owners, asset managers, property managers, and large enterprises
• Managing complex and long sales cycles (6–12 months)
• Leading sales of integrated solutions combining on-site sensor hardware and SaaS software platforms
• Building compelling value propositions around energy performance, operational efficiency, and ESG impact
• Coordinating with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, operations) to ensure successful project execution
• Negotiating commercial agreements and closing deals
• Maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM reporting
