- Works independently or as a team member to execute technical service operations

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of education
- Technical or vocational training/certification; Military; or two/four years’ college a plus
- Ability to effectively speak, read, write and type in English
- Strong mechanical aptitude with one year in a Service Technician role with mechanical, electronic, or hydraulics related experience
- Ability to use a computer, tablet, with MS Office and other digital equipment required
- Attention to detail and ability to conduct repetitive tasks with consistent quality and safety
- Experience in a customer service environment directly interacting with customers
- Able to obtain and keep a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment with long hours under minimal supervision
- Ability to act with professionalism and integrity in challenging situations
- Able to obtain necessary safety certifications
