About the role

  • Responsible for assisting with logistical, documentation, and regulatory activities.
  • Contributing to ensuring the vessel complies with regulatory standards and is ready for scheduled projects.
  • Plan, execute, and report audits, inspections, and assessments of vessel operators' management systems, vessels, and other maritime assets.
  • Monitor the closure of audit and inspection findings.
  • Review contractual requirements and assist the project manager in establishing maritime HSE requirements.
  • Provide day-to-day advice to the project team on maritime interface issues.
  • Compile, file, and track maritime assurance documentation for assets selected for project operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Nautical Sciences, Engineering, Naval Technology, or related fields.
  • Advanced/Fluent English.
  • Lead-auditor qualifications required: ISM, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
  • Extensive experience in ISM auditing.
  • Basic offshore safety training.
  • Availability for occasional vessel embarkations.
  • Preferred: PLSV interface/experience (Pipe-Laying Support Vessel).
