About the role
- Responsible for assisting with logistical, documentation, and regulatory activities.
- Contributing to ensuring the vessel complies with regulatory standards and is ready for scheduled projects.
- Plan, execute, and report audits, inspections, and assessments of vessel operators' management systems, vessels, and other maritime assets.
- Monitor the closure of audit and inspection findings.
- Review contractual requirements and assist the project manager in establishing maritime HSE requirements.
- Provide day-to-day advice to the project team on maritime interface issues.
- Compile, file, and track maritime assurance documentation for assets selected for project operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Nautical Sciences, Engineering, Naval Technology, or related fields.
- Advanced/Fluent English.
- Lead-auditor qualifications required: ISM, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
- Extensive experience in ISM auditing.
- Basic offshore safety training.
- Availability for occasional vessel embarkations.
- Preferred: PLSV interface/experience (Pipe-Laying Support Vessel).
