About the role
- Perform stock management activities (incoming/outgoing, quantities, quality, handling, etc.) for stocked items (raw materials, accessories, and/or consumables)
- Receive equipment and accessories
- Perform quantitative and qualitative inspections of equipment and accessories
- Separate and prepare materials for shipment
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment and accessories from trailers
- Prepare loading documentation (trailers and vessels) and subsequently record it in the inventory control system
- Register accessories and equipment in the inventory control system (Oracle / SAP / other)
- Organize accessories and equipment physically to optimize storage space
- Participate in work meetings and quality and safety briefings
Requirements
- Completed technical diploma in mechanical, electrical, logistics, or automation – active CFT registration
- Experience with technical drawing, material handling, inspection, receiving, and loading
- Excel (spreadsheet creation, Oracle, pivot tables, formulas, Planner, Word, PowerPoint) – mandatory
- Availability to work a 4x4 shift schedule: 06:30–18:30 / 18:30–06:30
