About the role

  • Support the governance, administration and continuous improvement of Salesforce
  • Ensure data, insights, and systems enable the business to make informed decisions
  • Drive effective deployment, adoption, and evolution of Salesforce and related tools
  • Monitor adoption, compliance, and data quality; propose corrective actions and deliver improvement plans
  • Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI reports
  • Support data modelling which enables the visualization of data
  • Facilitate regular steering committees to realign priorities and track progress

Requirements

  • Degree in data science, business analytics, data engineering, statistics, applied mathematics or related field
  • Experience in Energy industry
  • Highly committed, Proactive and high work ethic, with a personal drive to learn and develop
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Good communication and presentation skills, collaborating with people across many cultures.
