  • Perform first-level support activities for government systems:
  • Classify requests, prioritize, search for first responses in manuals and knowledge bases, and forward to the responsible teams
  • Support the preparation of monthly reports
  • Track and monitor SLA compliance
  • Refine internal processes, handle client support and assist in process execution
  • Propose and implement continuous improvements to processes

Requirements

  • Higher education (in progress or completed)
  • Experience supporting payroll systems
  • Experience in first-level technical support
  • ITIL certification
  • Microsoft certifications
  • Previous experience in government support environments
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve low-complexity technical issues
  • Curious, self-taught profile with interest in large-scale technical challenges
