• Configure and customize CMS platforms (e.g., Filevine, Lead Docket, Lawmatics, Case Status, and others)
• Manage database functions including field mapping, data structuring, automation rules, and document templates
• Conduct client-facing discovery sessions, process mapping, and training workshops
• Offer guidance on best practices for intake, case workflow, reporting, and compliance
• Maintain documentation and assist with support and change management post-implementation
