About the role

  • Managing projects which usually involve the development and implementation of business processes and information systems on clients modules.
  • Meeting identified client business needs
  • Managing, leading and directing projects to achieve the goals, purpose and output within agreed timescales and standards.
  • Providing business expertise and advice to team members toward achieving the project goals in order to ensure that client expectations are met in an efficient and effective manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent professional qualifications;
  • min. 3 – 5 years of experience as project manager;
  • Customer focus and willingness to exceed expectations;
  • Conversant with project management methodologies and techniques (e.g. PRINCE 2, AGILE and PMI);
  • Certified project manager, with comprehensive knowledge of software development;
  • Experience in the payment industry is preferred;
  • Possess good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Spanish;
  • Proactive, bias for action and identifying opportunities;
  • Strong leadership skills and team management skills;
  • Able to perform well under pressure;
  • Willing to travel to clients.
