About the role
- Manage the scheduling and output of external editing teams.
- Liaise with internal and external leads on upcoming work, workflow improvements, and performance standards.
- Ensure editing and content creation best practices are observed by external partners.
- Triage workflow automation processes.
Requirements
- Intermediate/Advanced Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere/Media Encoder.
- Experience with reviewing/error reporting from Terminal/CLI logs to diagnose FFMPEG or Python automation errors.
- Experience managing external vendors/freelance pools.
- Strong proficiency in Asana workflows, automation and reporting.
- Familiarity with Social Media CMSs (YouTube, Meta/FB Business Manager).
- In-depth knowledge of best practices and industry-standard content delivery methods.
- An analytical approach to problem-solving with the ability to distinguish between technical infrastructure errors and asset errors.
- Acts responsibly and sensitively with all client and agency data.
- Collaborative and able to assist in training external partners when required.
