About the role
- Own and develop relationships with Italian licensed operators
- Manage commercial performance and long-term growth of assigned accounts
- Analyze game performance, player behavior, and market trends in Italy
- Support and optimize game launches, promotions, and portfolio positioning within ADM regulations
- Identify market opportunities and recommend local market strategies to increase penetration
- Act as the key liaison between Italian partners and internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Product, BI)
- Ensure full alignment with Italian regulatory requirements while driving commercial outcomes
- Prepare performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming B2B, ideally with exposure to the Italian regulated market
- Strong understanding of ADM regulation and its impact on game content and commercialization
- Proven experience in account management, market management, or commercial strategy
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data
- Ability to combine relationship management with structured, strategic thinking
- Mandatory: Italian – native
- English – fluent
