About the role
- Advise and support sales teams with technical guidance, pricing estimates, and product implementation strategies.
- Analyze customer technical specifications and recommend optimal product configurations and installation processes.
- Estimate implementation effort, time, and resources required for customer deployments.
- Review sales proposals for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
- Develop and deliver technical product presentations for customers and internal sales teams.
- Provide customer training and technical troubleshooting as needed.
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure successful product deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in field applications, technical support, sales engineering, or a related function.
- Exposure to complex tasks within the job function is expected as part of skill development.
