- Agent evaluation: Develop test frameworks and track quality metrics (15%)—ensure reliability at scale.
- Innovation: Benchmark models, experiment with custom fine-tuning (10%)—push boundaries with cutting-edge tech.
- Train custom models to slash AI costs by 40-50%.
- Develop multimodal agents, memory systems, and multi-agent collaboration.
- Lead initiatives in our AI Lab and influence product direction.
Requirements
